We work with government entities, technology companies, investors, and international organisations navigating complex regulatory and security environments — with particular expertise in Central and Eastern Europe and the transatlantic corridor.

Lukasz K. Kolodziej
Founder
Lukasz Kolodziej is the founder of Praesidium Advisors. He holds an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School, where he was a Fulbright Scholar and John F. Kennedy Fellow, and served as a Research Assistant at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs. His research has focused on NATO’s eastern flank, critical and emerging technologies, and Russian hybrid threats to European security
Previously, he has worked with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the European Court of Auditors, Bitpanda, the National Bank of Poland, the Warsaw Stock Exchange, and the European Parliament. He co-founded Deployed, a software consultancy operating across Central Europe, and Netowski, an internet service provider serving communities in southeastern Poland.
Lukasz has lived and worked across seven countries and speaks Polish and English.
