Lukasz K. Kolodziej
Founder
Kolodziej brings a refined blend of policy expertise, data-driven precision, and hands-on international experience — advising clients across aerospace, defence, AI, energy, finance, and critical infrastructure.
A Fulbright Scholar and John F. Kennedy Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School, he operates at the highest levels of government, multilateral institutions, and industry. His counsel is sought by those facing complex, high-stakes challenges - from digital transformation and cyber risk to international expansion and regulatory strategy.
Previously, he has worked with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the European Court of Auditors, Bitpanda, the National Bank of Poland, the Warsaw Stock Exchange, and the European Parliament.
Kolodziej holds a Master in Public Administration from Harvard, an M.Sc. in Business Analytics, and a B.Sc. in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics, with additional training at Sciences Po Paris and UNC-Chapel Hill.
