Lukasz K. Kolodziej
Founder & Principal Advisor
Lukasz brings a refined blend of policy expertise, data-driven precision, and hands-on international experience — advising clients across aerospace, defence, AI, energy, finance, and critical infrastructure.
A Fulbright Scholar and John F. Kennedy Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School, he operates at the highest levels of government, multilateral institutions, and industry. With work recognized by the OSCE, United Nations, Google, Aspen Institute, EuroSAI, and BCG, his counsel is sought by those facing complex, high-stakes challenges - from digital transformation and cyber risk to international expansion and regulatory strategy. Previously, he led digital innovation efforts at the European Court of Auditors, supported business intelligence at Bitpanda, and advised institutions such as the National Bank of Poland, the Warsaw Stock Exchange, and the European Parliament.
Łukasz holds a Master in Public Administration from Harvard, an M.Sc. in Business Analytics, and a B.Sc. in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics, with additional training at Sciences Po Paris and UNC-Chapel Hill.
